We hit the ground running with MLB talk after MooseJaw's Cleveland Indians beat the Mariners in a spring training game - something he's very, very proud about.

A bit of news from the Spokane Shock as former WR Charles Dillon was signed by the Green Bay Packers and he'll fight for a roster spot this upcoming season in the NFL.

We talking to Spokane Chiefs player Mitch Wahl, you can listen to the audio from that interview here, the Chiefs face the loathsome Tri-City Americans on Friday at the Arena.

Sticking with the hockey theme, we talked to EWU Hockey head coach Gary Braun, who's team got an invitational to nationals. However, the team will need to raise a considerable amount of money to make the trip. You can listen to his interview here.
